Type:   Please choose the type of Server you want us to monitor. You may choose between an email (SMTP) or a web (HTTP) server. eMail Server Web Server (default) Server:   Please provide the DNS name of your Server. Our free service is limited to New Zealand Domain names (including the .nz suffix). * (e.g. www.ibiz.co.nz) Email:   Please supply your email address. This is where we will send you your monthly uptime report. *
