SPAM Killer Privacy Statement

PODcom's SPAM Killer service obviously requires access to your email inbox to be effective, and will review the sender, recipient, subject and email body contents of every email it finds as part of it completing the rule processing you've defined.

As part of this process, email details will be retained for the purposes of sending you the management and spam performance reports.  This data will then be deleted from our systems.
